At present, the organization is under the guidance of President Akira Fujimoto, Chief Instructor Haruto Takamori, and Director Ryuchi Nakamura, whose dedication and leadership continue to uphold the values and standards of the organization.

However, as time moves forward and according to the natural course of life, leadership will eventually pass to future generations. When that time comes, the responsibility of the organization will be entrusted to a select group of worthy and dedicated senior members from among its own members, based on their character, experience, and commitment to the true spirit of Karate.

The primary mission of the organization shall always remain the preservation, development, and promotion of Karate while maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity. The organization must never be used merely for personal interests or financial gain. Instead, it should continue to serve as a platform that supports Karate practitioners around the world, fostering friendship, knowledge, and mutual growth among people who share a passion for the martial arts.

Through unity, sincerity, and continuous improvement, the organization shall strive to preserve the traditions of Karate while adapting and developing for future generations, ensuring that the true spirit of Karate remains alive for years to come.
